Hi, today i tryed to update new ruby packages, but mirrorlist said error for me.

yes，indeed. 

we add an new mirror site mirrors.tencent.com, now mirrorlist available.

https://mirrorlist.cclinux.org/mirrorlist?arch=x86_64&repo=BaseOS

will see two mirrorlist as below:

# repo = BaseOS arch = x86_64 country = global 
https://mirrors.tencent.com/circle/8/BaseOS/x86_64/os/
https://mirror.cclinux.org/pub/circle/8/BaseOS/x86_64/os/
